Getting bigger!!
So I know it has been quite a while since I was last in touch, and a lot has happened! Phyllis, Cliona and Harry came to visit back in March. It was so great to see them. My Mom, Nana Voe and best friend Marika threw me a baby shower while they were here. We had a full house, lots of food and tons of presents! It was a great day I will never forget. They were here for 10 days, but it flew by. We are always so sad when they leave. The house seems so empty and quiet.
We also have been getting the nursery together. As you can see, it is not finished, but coming along. I am really happy with the colors and can't wait to get the finishing touches on our little garden nursery. I have been sitting in there, just rocking in the chair. I love it! James has been working hard these past few weeks. He did a great job! (Doesn't he look happy?!)
James' family will be heading back out again in June for the arrival of Peanut! I cannot wait!! I went to the doctor today, and she said everything looks good. She is head down and ready...yikes! I am going to be leaving work after this week. I am only 3 weeks from my due date, and with the hot weather, my ever expanding waist line and the 90 mile round trip commute, it is getting more and more difficult to get motivated to work. Also, my nesting instinct has set in and I have to stop myself from day dreaming about organizing closets and folding baby clothes while I am at work! It will be nice to be at home and get some rest while I still can. I know James will feel better with me off my feet and closer to home. I won't mind too much either! I will miss my class though. They have been so cute, asking when she's coming and talking to my belly every day. They love to rub it, it's so funny!
